EARLY WEIGH-IN:                                                           Chip’s 24 Hour Health and Racquet Club Friday September 21st 8am - 5:00 pm
WEIGH-IN:                                                                        Saturday 8am to 10:00am at Bamboo Willie’s
WHEN:                                                                              Saturday September 22nd  Lifting Begins at 11am
COST:                                                                                Early entry fee $50.00 per division. Two divisions are $70.00.

                                                                                           Bench & Dead combine is one division. Week of the contest

                                                                                           $70.00 per division or $90 for two. Each lifter will receive a free t-shirt and Lunch.

                                                                                               Masters 40 years and up, Women & Teenage

AWARDS:                                                                              Trophies will be present to 1st thru 3rd in Open Men’s class by

                                                                                              Swartz Formula Teenage, Women, Master will be first thru third

                                                                                              by formula Schwartz Fosters and Malone

                                                                                              CASH PRIZE FOR BEST LIFTER.

I attest and verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for the completion of this event. I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use any photography, videotapes, motion pictures, recording or any other record of this event for any purposes what ever.
